We are Peter and Diana Arnell and we live in West Sussex in the South of England. Having enjoyed visiting Florida over the last few years and staying in various locations, we finally decided to buy our own apartment on Windsor Hills where we hope to spend an increasing amount of time as we reach retirement! The accommodation is as follows:
Entrance Hall - with Utility area containing full size washer and dryer

Kitchen - Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Cooker with microwave, sink with waste disposal unit
- Hot water tank and sundries cupboard
Dining Area - Table and six chairs
Living Area - Sofas, coffee table, TV Unit with video and DVD player, Radio with CD player
- Door to west facing balcony
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, night stands, lamps, clock/radio, telephone, TV, walk-in closet, Ensuite Shower
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, night stands, lamp, clock/radio, TV combi, closet
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, night stand, lamp, TV combi, closet

In the closet to Bedroom 1 you will find a Pack N Play, Highchair and Stroller. These are available free of charge but are to be assembled and used at your own risk. We do not supply baby linens although there is one cover if Pack N Play used as a crib.
In the closet to Bedroom 3 there is an extra foldaway bed together with linens, suitable for a young person, and also a bed rail which can be fitted to one of the Twin beds for the safety of a young child.
Please note, this is a self-catering apartment and whilst some supplies are provided for the first night further items will need to be purchased during your stay. eg. toilet rolls, trash bags, soaps and any other cleaning materials.
