  • Where do we pick up the key?
    There is no need to collect keys from any office. We have a secure lock box at the property and the number required to obtain the key will be supplied to you when the final payment has been made.


  • What about security?
    Windsor Hills Resort is a secure community with a gate house which is manned 24/7.


  • What if something is not working or there is some other problem when we arrive at the condo?
    We have a local management company available. You will find a book detailing how to contact them in the unlikely event of a problem or you require any other assistance.


  • Is the Kitchen fully equipped?
    Yes, our condo has a fully equipped Kitchen including cooker, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster,saucepans,cooking utensils, bowls, bakeware, cutlery, tableware, glasses,even a teapot!


  • Are there laundry facilities?
    Yes, there is a full size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board available.


  • Are towels and linens provided?
    Yes all towels and linens are available for your stay.


  • Can we use all the community facilities?
    Guests can use all the amenities at no extra charge. Access to the Pool area and Clubhouse is by security card obtainable from reception and for which a returnable deposit of $10 is required.


  • Do we need to book the Courts?
    The tennis,volleyball and basketball courts are not subject to booking but there is a time limit on use. See the guidance notes on the Windsor Hills TV channel. Equipment can be hired from the Sundry shop.


  • Is there transportation to the Disney Parks?
    Details of a shuttle including times and cost are in the apartment information book but should be confirmed in the Sundry Shop.


  • Do you have an internet connection in the condo?
    Yes, there is WiFi available and should you wish to use this we will let you have the Network name and encryption key when sending entry details and directions to our condo.


  • Can you supply any baby gear?
    Yes we have a Pack N Play, Highchair and Stroller available together with a bed rail which can be fitted to one of the Twin beds for child safety.


  • Is there a Sofa bed in the condo?
    No, we do not have a sofa bed but there is a foldaway bed in the closet of The Twin room for occasional use as an extra bed for a young person and this can be put in any room.


  • What will I find in my vacation home when I check in?
    Our condo will have the following upon check in for your convenience: One roll of paper towels, One sponge, One dishwasher detergent, Two trash bags, One pot of coffee and a few sugars, stirrers, etc, One load of laundry detergent, One roll of toilet paper per Bathroom, Sample Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap & Facial Soap. The complimentary items above are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Any additional necessities such as additional items, food, etc. may all be purchased at a local grocery store. Directions to the nearest store to Windsor Hills are provided within the Welcome Book.
